Transpose data from rows to columns, or vice versa

When you need to change the order or arrangement of data without changing the value in an Excel worksheet, don’t waste time doing it manually.   
                    

After working with the data for a while, you want to interchange the rows and columns of the data. I Hope you are not thinking about re-keying the data.

 Start by selecting and copying your entire data range. Click on a new location in your sheet, then right click on the mouse and select Paste Special and select the Transpose check box, as shown in Image 1 and 2. Click OK, and Excel will transpose the column and row labels and data, as shown in Image 2

It works the same way to rearrange Single rows and columns of data or vice versa .
